1. Checking Battery Kit or Spare Parts: Customers are responsible for checking the battery kit or spare parts upon delivery. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported to our office within 3 days.

2. No Returns: Items once sold are non-returnable. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

3. Warranty and Guarantee: As the company does not provide a warranty or guarantee for any replaced filter or part, we are unable to offer a warranty or guarantee for those items. Customers are encouraged to review Pureit’s warranty and guarantee policies.

4. Complaints after Replacement: If there is any complaint after replacing the battery kit or spare parts, customers must inform our office within 3 days. Complaints reported after this period will incur service charges.

5. Complaints Regarding Pureit: For any complaints regarding Pureit products, customers are advised to contact the Purit helpline number: 1860-210-1000, 1860-180-1000, 02066865000.

6. Out of Warranty Service: If your machine is out of warranty, service charges will apply as determined by the company.
